What you are buying

Purchases on this site are one-off card payments for monthly subscriptions to Inovats digital services: Local Intelligence Hub — Scale (USD 49/month) and Autonomous Agents — Plus (USD 10/month). Each payment covers one month of service. Renewals are not charged automatically; we invoice you or ask you to repeat checkout before each renewal.

Payments

Payments are processed by Bank of Maldives (BML Connect). The total amount and transaction currency are shown on the checkout screen before you pay. The merchant of record is Inovats, Maldives.

Retain your records

We recommend that you retain a copy of your transaction records and of our Policies and Rules — these Terms & Conditions and our Refund & Cancellation, Privacy and Service Delivery policies — for your reference.

Service terms

Service starts when we onboard you (see our Service Delivery Policy). API usage is subject to the request limits of your plan. You may not use the services for unlawful purposes or resell them without written agreement. We may suspend service for abuse or non-payment.

Liability

Services are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by Maldivian law; our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the month the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
