What we collect

When you buy from us we collect your name, email address, the product ordered, the amount, and the payment state returned by the bank. Our web infrastructure (Cloudflare) collects standard technical logs (IP address, user agent) to operate and secure the site.

What we never collect

Your card details never touch Inovats servers. Card numbers are entered only on Bank of Maldives' secure payment page (BML Connect). We receive only the payment result — never your card number, expiry, or CVV.

How we use your information

To process your order, onboard you onto the service, provide support, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

How we protect it

All traffic to this site and to the bank is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS). Order records are stored in access-controlled infrastructure (Cloudflare D1) available only to Inovats staff who need them. Payment processing is handled by Bank of Maldives under their security and PCI-DSS obligations.

Retention & your rights

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and dispute handling. Email hello@inovats.com to ask what we hold about you or to request correction or deletion (subject to legal retention requirements).
